Meltemi
Food, stay and the most beautiful spot in Chorio
Built amphitheatrically on the western side of Chorio, the two-storey complex houses the rooms on the upper floor and the restaurant below.
Chef Avgoustos Galanos serves dishes that combine local flavours with the aromas of Greece and the Aegean.
Fennel, rock samphire, capers, basil, extra virgin olive oil, local cheeses, seafood and well-made pasta.
Owner Emmanouil A. Galanos’s love for the sea gave the complex and its rooms their name.
We are open all year round, with offers depending on the length and season of your stay.
Chorio, with its vivid Cycladic colours, lies at the foot of Xaplovouni and has around 700 permanent residents.

Πολύ καλή η προσπάθεια του σεφ να βάλει στα πιάτα του μια κιμωλιάτικη πινελιά. Το προτείνω.
